Our Team

Vince and Clio Turner | Lead Pastors

Vince and Clio were led to buy Weycroft Hall in 2016 and planted River Church in 2018. They have been in church leadership since the 1990's, having trained with Ichthus Christian Fellowship in London. Formerly Clio had been a video producer for Scripture Union, and Vince had been in the Royal Navy. Clio is an Aqua Fit instructor, and Vince loves the water too, as long as it's in a boat.
Mark and Laura Russell | Sozo Leaders

Mark and Laura are passionate to see people enter into the Father’s heart and experience inner healing, wholeness and freedom. They love adventuring with Father and have been involved in ministry for over 20 years in the UK and overseas.
Cath | Worship Team Leader

Cath is married to Ed and they have three wonderful sons. She works as an NHS children's physiotherapist and enjoys meals with friends, reading, and walking with Ed. She loves seeing people draw closer to Jesus and the hope and joy this brings.
Jonathan and Susan Wiggam | Healing Centre Leaders

Jonathan and Susan are spiritual parents with a mandate to activate the Church to be confident ministers in the power of the Spirit. They love coastal walking and the preciousness of spending time with family and friends.
Nigel and Deni Collins | Life Group Leaders

Nigel and Denni love the Kingdom culture of love and honour at River Church. They operate in the prophetic and healing ministries, and have wirnessed many people transformed and set free by Jesus. Married for 45 years, they have a wonderful family consisting of two children, two children in law and four grandsons (so far).
Hennie and Becca Marais | RedTribe

Hennie and Becca spent ten years with their family pioneering a mission to the Maasai people in Kenya. During that time they saw the RedTribe team grow and develop their God given talents. Now, back in UK, they are developing their new roles as part of RedTribe and help to connect River Church with this precious Maasai community.
Sarah | Safeguarding Lead

Sarah has a wealth of experience in safeguarding children and adults, charity work, management and involvement in church leadership and ministry. She works part-time for River Church as our Safeguarding Lead. She loves sea swimming and also works for a charity that supports adults with learning disabilities.
